Designated committee adopted recommendation to Senate Plenary.
The Committee is of the opinion, in accordance with its previous resolutions, that recasts should be based on thorough evaluation of already existing tools. Also it believes that there should be a clear distinction between asylum and subsidiary protection, as those are two instruments with different logic.
